Kellene Vaile has many marketing skills with insights that can seem life-changing; unfortunately, these strategies are mostly directed at selling you on her services. Here promises come with excuses and just enough follow-through to keep you waiting for the rest of her work--all while she convinces you of the next big investment you need to make.

I regret the 10s of thousands of dollars she milked out of me over the last year with promises of services (she didn't complete) and income that was lost in only paying for more and more of her services.

Tracking her contracted promises was hard to do and the relationship was equally difficult to end since she kept changing her expectations with emotional pleas for financial fairness due to her own circumstances. I only discovered the depth of her extended breach of contract after she had been fully paid for the 50-days of unneeded services she required before termination. This unfair business practice had no legal basis since it exceed her written proposals and her Breach of Contact made it irrelevant. When confronted with these facts, she refused to discuss a refund, stating she had no personal property for which I could stake a claim.

Provided below are the facts for my case and, after a diligent search, the complaints of others so you can make an educated decision about the cost versus benefits of hiring her professional, marketing, social media, or other services.

I admit to being deeply embarrassed that I was taken in by her strategies, but I take comfort in knowing I wasn't the only one who trusted her. Kellene's services seem impressive. She makes big claims about running a multi-million dollar business and running large groups of successful instructional courses.

I was impressed by her confidence and ability to articulate a strategic plan for managing the Lasting Love Academy's (LLA) marketing campaign. Her personalized approach and clearly written proposals seemed executable and convincing. Unfortunately, she did not have a website or strong internet presence, so I could not verify her professionalism before working with her. Subsequently, I am providing the following documents for your consideration, which I wish I would have known before working with her.
